  Ride of the Valkyries is music from the beginning of Act 3 of Die Walküre, an opera by Richard Wagner. Wagner was a German composer and director who lived from 1813-1883. Ride of the Valkyries is one of his most famous and recognizable compositions. I bet you’ll recognize it!
